Plain-language summary: MyConcierge is a digital concierge and intermediary platform. Users can access services, experiences, restaurant reservations and offers through the platform. As a general rule, the actual Vendor or Restaurant Vendor is responsible for performing the underlying service; MyConcierge is responsible for its own platform operation, mediation, booking, payment and information flows. The detailed rules are set out below.

1. Scope and acceptance of these Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the https://myconcierge.hu website, MyConcierge QR codes, links, digital concierge interfaces, recommendation, booking, ordering and payment flows, and related communication channels.

1.2. These Terms apply to every visitor, guest, consumer and other user (“User” or “Guest”) who opens the MyConcierge interface, scans a QR code, clicks a link, requests an offer, initiates a booking, places an order or makes a payment.

1.3. Separate partner agreements concluded with Hosts, Vendors and Restaurant Vendors are not contracts with the User, but they may define the operational background of the service.

1.4. By using the platform or submitting a booking or order, the User confirms that they have reviewed these Terms, the separate terms displayed for the given service and the privacy notice. Consumer rights may only be waived to the extent permitted by law.

1.5. MyConcierge may amend these Terms for legal, business, technical, Vendor-side or consumer protection reasons. Amendments do not affect already confirmed bookings or orders unless the amendment is more favourable to the User or required by law.

2. Service Provider details and contact

2.1. Service Provider: Disinte Limited Liability Company (“MyConcierge”). Registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Attila út 4. 4th floor, door 25. Company registration number: 01-09-381946. Tax number: 29171567-2-41. Represented by: Máté Király, managing director.

2.2. Customer support, complaints and privacy enquiries: help@myconcierge.hu. Phone: +36307869248. Matters related to website operation, bookings, payments, complaints or privacy enquiries should primarily be submitted in writing.

2.3. MyConcierge does not apply a separate code of conduct unless a separate document published on the website states otherwise.

3. Definitions

3.1. Host: a partner that displays a MyConcierge QR code, link or recommendation at its accommodation, venue or offline/digital surface.

3.2. Vendor: a third-party provider offering programmes, tours, transfers, tickets, attractions, wellness, retail, guide, mobility or other services to Users.

3.3. Restaurant Vendor: a Vendor that provides restaurant, bar, café, brunch, rooftop, street food, catering or other hospitality services.

3.4. Booking / Order: an offer request, table reservation, appointment booking, ticket purchase, voucher purchase, deposit or payment initiated by the User on or through MyConcierge.

3.5. Confirmation: an electronic message sent by MyConcierge or the relevant Vendor indicating acceptance of the Booking/Order, its conditions, any payment obligation and the essential performance details.

3.6. AI Concierge / recommendation system: a digital feature providing recommendations, search assistance or programme suggestions based on questions, preferences or general tourism information. AI recommendations are for information only and do not constitute legal, medical, safety or official advice.

4. Role of MyConcierge and service models

4.1. MyConcierge provides a digital concierge, recommendation, booking mediation and related platform service. As a general rule, the actual Vendor or Restaurant Vendor service is provided by the relevant Vendor, not by MyConcierge.

4.2. MyConcierge may act in different roles depending on the service. The interface or confirmation may indicate, among others: lead/referral, booking mediation, voucher/ticket, prepayment/deposit or on-site payment models.

4.3. Unless expressly stated that MyConcierge provides the given service in its own name and under its own responsibility, MyConcierge does not become the direct performer of the Vendor service.

4.4. MyConcierge is not a travel organiser or package travel organiser merely because it displays, recommends or mediates tourism, hospitality or leisure services. If a specific construction qualifies as package travel or linked travel arrangement by law, separate information and different terms apply.

4.5. MyConcierge is not responsible for the legality, quality or operation of any accommodation, venue, taxi, café, digital guide or other Host surface operated by a Host; the relevant Host is responsible for those matters.

5. User obligations

5.1. The User must provide true, accurate and up-to-date data. The User is responsible for failed performance, extra costs or damage resulting from incorrect name, email, phone number, guest count, time, allergy information, special request or payment data.

5.2. The User must comply with the times, meeting points, age, health, safety, clothing, delay, cancellation and participation rules stated in the confirmation, voucher or Vendor terms.

5.3. For alcohol-related, age-restricted, health-related or special-permission services, the Vendor may check age, identity, entitlement or suitability and may refuse service if legal or contractual conditions are not met.

5.4. The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, unauthorised use of another person’s data, mass querying, scraping, fraud, false bookings, payment abuse or harming the reputation of MyConcierge, Hosts, Vendors or other users.

6. Electronic contracting

6.1. The User initiates a Booking/Order by selecting the service, providing data, accepting these Terms and the privacy notice, and pressing the “book”, “order”, “pay” or similar button.

6.2. Any button involving a payment obligation is labelled so that the User can clearly understand that clicking may create a payment obligation.

6.3. Receipt of a Booking/Order may be confirmed automatically. This alone does not always mean Vendor acceptance; acceptance takes place according to the specific confirmation or service flow.

6.4. The User must check and correct submitted data before sending it. After submission, changes may be requested through customer support, but changes are not guaranteed for confirmed, near-term or already prepared services.

6.5. The contract language is Hungarian, or the language indicated in an available foreign-language version. In case of discrepancy, the Hungarian Terms prevail unless mandatory consumer law or a specific confirmation provides otherwise.

6.6. MyConcierge does not always archive the electronic contract as a separate written contract; confirmations, vouchers, invoices, emails and logged transaction data may evidence the contract contents.

7. Prices, payment and invoicing

7.1. Prices displayed on the platform are generally gross consumer prices including applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. The final payable amount is shown before the booking/order is submitted.

7.2. The price does not include tips, optional service charges, on-site extras, local taxes, deposits, transfer fees or third-party charges unless expressly stated for the service.

7.3. Online payment may be made by bank card or other available payment methods. Card data is generally handled by the payment provider; MyConcierge does not provide financial services and is not a payment service provider.

7.4. Depending on the performance model, the invoice is issued by MyConcierge, the Vendor, the Restaurant Vendor or another authorised issuer. The User is responsible for the accuracy of billing data.

7.5. In case of price error, obvious typo, technical error or incorrect Vendor data, MyConcierge may reject the order or send an offer with the correct price. Any unjustified amount already paid will be refunded.

7.6. Coupons, promotional codes and discounts may only be used during the stated period and under the stated conditions. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and MyConcierge may refuse their use in case of suspected abuse.

8. Cancellation, withdrawal, refunds and chargebacks

8.1. Cancellation, modification and refund rules may differ by service. The specific terms shown for the service, in the confirmation, voucher or Vendor terms apply.

8.2. For leisure, tourism, hospitality, programme, ticket, transfer, table reservation or similar services for a specific date or period, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may be limited or excluded. In such cases, modifications or refunds are available only under the stated cancellation rules.

8.3. For digital content or immediately started digital services, withdrawal rights may also be restricted by law if the User expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

8.4. In case of no-show, delay, incorrect data, missing entitlement, age or safety condition, or breach of Vendor rules, refunds are only available under the specific service terms.

8.5. If a refund is approved, MyConcierge or the relevant Vendor processes it according to the payment method and service model. MyConcierge is not responsible for bank, card scheme or payment provider processing times.

8.6. In case of unjustified chargeback, payment abuse or bad-faith dispute, MyConcierge may cancel the booking, restrict use and enforce legitimate claims.

9. Rules for service Vendors

9.1. For tours, programmes, tickets, transfers, guide services, hop-on hop-off, VR tours, spa, attractions and similar services, the Vendor is responsible for actual performance, permits, safety, quality, availability, staff, insurance and consumer information.

9.2. The User must comply with participation requirements, including timely arrival, meeting point, showing ticket/voucher, age and physical suitability requirements, safety rules, dress code or equipment requirements.

9.3. Services may change, be cancelled or performed at another time due to weather, traffic obstacles, authority measures, safety reasons, technical issues or Vendor-side causes. MyConcierge assists with information and possible refunds, but as a general rule the Vendor is responsible for performance.

10. Rules for Restaurant Vendors

10.1. For restaurants, bars, cafés, brunch, rooftop, street food and similar hospitality venues, the actual hospitality service is provided by the Restaurant Vendor. Food, drinks, allergens, hygiene, service, prices, opening hours, seating, kitchen capacity, permits and consumer compliance are the Restaurant Vendor’s responsibility.

10.2. For restaurant bookings, the basic model is generally on-site payment: the User pays the Restaurant Vendor directly for consumption. The interface may also show prepayment, voucher, deposit, minimum spend or other constructions.

10.3. Service charges, tips, on-site extras and other restaurant items are part of the online price or deposit only if expressly indicated.

10.4. Allergy, intolerance, medical or religious/cultural dietary requirements must be indicated by the User in advance and confirmed on site. MyConcierge is not responsible for ingredients or kitchen cross-contamination.

10.5. In case of delay, no-show, guest count changes, dress code, house rules or breach of reservation terms, the Restaurant Vendor may cancel the table or enforce a fee/deposit where permitted by the specific terms.

11. Complaints and consumer protection

11.1. Users may submit complaints through customer support. MyConcierge investigates complaints according to applicable law and responds in writing.

11.2. If the complaint concerns actual performance by a Vendor or Restaurant Vendor, MyConcierge may and where necessary must forward it to the relevant Vendor and inform the User.

11.3. MyConcierge is not required to accept as its own liability any claim relating solely to Vendor performance, on-site conduct, food safety, menu, staff or third-party services, but it cooperates in good faith to help resolve the matter.

11.4. In consumer disputes, the User may turn to a conciliation body. Based on MyConcierge’s registered seat, the Budapest Conciliation Board may be primarily competent, but the User may also turn to the body or consumer protection authority competent by their residence or stay.

11.5. MyConcierge cooperates in conciliation proceedings as required by law. Court proceedings are not excluded. The EU online dispute resolution platform ceased on 20 July 2025, so currently available consumer redress channels apply to cross-border disputes.

12. Data protection, marketing, cookies and data security

12.1. Personal data processing is governed by MyConcierge’s current privacy notice, which must be available on the website. These Terms do not replace the privacy notice.

12.2. MyConcierge is generally an independent controller for its own platform, customer support, booking, payment, analytics and communication processes. In certain Vendor, Restaurant Vendor, Host or payment provider processes, other parties may act as independent controllers, joint controllers or processors.

12.3. Data necessary for performing the Booking/Order may be forwarded to the relevant Vendor, Restaurant Vendor, Host, payment provider, customer support, technical or other contributor only to the necessary extent and under an appropriate legal basis.

12.4. MyConcierge sends marketing communications only with an appropriate legal basis. The User may unsubscribe from consent-based marketing at any time.

12.5. The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are governed by the User’s consent and the cookie notice.

12.6. The User may not unlawfully provide another person’s data, book without authorisation on behalf of another person or involve another person in misleading communication. In such cases MyConcierge may cancel the booking and restrict unlawful use.

12.7. In case of a data protection incident or suspicion, the User must immediately notify MyConcierge through the contact details in section 2.

13. AI recommendations, content and accuracy of information

13.1. AI-based recommendations, descriptions, translations, programme suggestions, routes, restaurant tips and other content on MyConcierge are for information only. MyConcierge strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every User at all times.

13.2. The User must verify essential information, especially opening hours, prices, availability, meeting points, allergens, entry rules, age limits, safety conditions, transport, weather and local rules, in the confirmation, Vendor information or directly with the provider.

13.3. Images, descriptions and offers on the platform may be illustrative. MyConcierge is responsible for incorrect, incomplete or delayed Vendor information only if the error results from its own proven culpable conduct.

14. Intellectual property and prohibited platform use

14.1. The MyConcierge name, logo, domain, website, software, QR system, link structure, database, analytics, design, text, graphics, promotional material, know-how and related intellectual property belong to MyConcierge or its rights holder.

14.2. The User may use the platform only for personal, non-business purposes unless MyConcierge gives prior written permission otherwise. Reverse engineering, copying, mass data collection, automated querying, unauthorised brand use or circumvention of MyConcierge is prohibited.

14.3. Feedback, complaints, reviews or suggestions submitted by the User may be used to the necessary extent for case handling, quality assurance, service development and legal claim enforcement, in compliance with data protection rules.

15. Limitation of liability

15.1. MyConcierge is responsible for providing its own platform service in accordance with the contract. It is not responsible for conduct or omissions of Vendors, Restaurant Vendors, Hosts, payment providers, transport providers, venues, authorities or other third parties over which it has no direct control.

15.2. MyConcierge is not liable for indirect damage, lost experience, lost profit, reputational damage, data loss, travel, accommodation, parking, transport, roaming, banking or other ancillary costs unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the damage is a direct consequence of MyConcierge’s proven culpable breach.

15.3. Except for liability for intentional damage, damage to life, body or health and liability that cannot be limited by law, MyConcierge’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to MyConcierge for the disputed Booking/Order. If the User paid the Vendor directly, MyConcierge’s liability is limited to its own mediation/platform service.

15.4. MyConcierge does not guarantee continuous, error-free or uninterrupted platform operation. Maintenance, technical issues, external provider failures, internet outages, payment provider failures or force majeure may temporarily restrict the service.

16. Force majeure

16.1. Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond its control, including natural events, war, terrorism, epidemic, authority measures, strike, transport stoppage, internet or payment provider failure, energy disruption, extreme weather or safety event.

16.2. In force majeure cases, MyConcierge may modify or cancel the booking or mediate an alternative offered by the Vendor. Refunds are governed by the service terms and applicable law.

17. Governing law and disputes

17.1. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. For consumers, this does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights of the country of residence where such rights apply by law.

17.2. The parties primarily seek to resolve disputes by negotiation. If this is unsuccessful, the competent Hungarian court proceeds, taking mandatory jurisdiction rules for consumers into account.

18. Final provisions

18.1. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision closest to its economic and legal purpose.

18.2. MyConcierge may apply separate terms, cancellation rules, privacy notices, house rules, Vendor terms or promotion rules for certain services. In case of discrepancy, the separate term displayed for the specific service prevails, provided it does not violate mandatory consumer protection law.

18.3. Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by the currently applicable Hungarian and European Union laws.
